I had a mixed experience at Orchid Country Club. While I loved the spacious room and enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a view of the golf course, there were significant cleanliness issues that detracted from my stay. The staff was generally friendly, though I noticed some could use further training in customer service. Overall, the facilities like the pools were a highlight, but the service and upkeep need improvement.
